会前，领导班子成员带头把读书班作为这段时间压倒性的任务，集中7天时间深读细悟指定的“8+5”学习资料，认真撰写发言提纲。会上，领导班子成员重点围绕“专题一：深入学习领会习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的世界观和方法论，坚持好运用好贯穿其中的立场观点方法”开展交流研讨，达到了“加深领悟、相互启发、层层递进、共同提高”的良好效果。 

畜牧总站站长王宗礼强调，要以此次读书班为开端，推动主题教育进一步走向深入，切实加强理论学习，全面领会、深刻把握习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的丰富内涵和精神实质，坚持并落实好党委“第一议题”制度，发挥班子成员联系支部的制度优势，引领带动全体党员干部主动学习、充分思考、积极实践。把理论学习、调查研究、推动发展、检视整改等贯通起来，真正发现问题、解决问题，扎实做好畜牧业技术支撑与服务，为推动畜牧业高质量发展贡献更大的力量。
